Interview with Our Head of Customer Success Idan


Take a stroll around our office and you’ll find stickers, mugs, posters, and other paraphernalia featuring a bearded man and maxims such as:

“A wet man does not fear the rain.”

“The lion always comes to work looking good.”

“Speed is the boundless advantage.”


These mantras can be attributed to our VP of Customer Success Idan Hershko, who was one of the first employees to join dapulse. It thus only made sense for Idan, in his infinite wisdom, to represent the team in a recent interview with HostAdvice.

The timing of this interview is bittersweet, because this is Idan’s last week at dapulse. Though we’re happy for his exciting new endeavors and wish him nothing but luck and success, we’re also sad to say goodbye. We know many of you have worked with Idan over the years, so we wanted to give him a proper send-off together.

The good news is that our Customer Success team is in great hands: Idan is passing the torch to Tom Ronen, who some of you may already know. Tom has worked at dapulse for nearly a year, and is one of the nicest and most dedicated humans to exist on planet Earth. Under Tom’s leadership, we’re more committed than ever to making customer happiness our number one priority.
